Department Summary

The Talent Management organization builds associate, leader and firm capabilities. We support the Organizational Consulting, Processes and Insights, Sr. Leader Coaching and Development and Learning and Development organizations within the firm. Our partnership enables the successful execution of programs by providing logistical support to program owners.

  • Logistical support of multiple high profile HR Talent learning programs and processes

  • Partners with program owners to design efficient, high service logistical support ensuring a quality learning experience before during and after learning events

  • Skilled in managing time, coordinating multiple programs, attention to detail, and customer service

  • Interact and collaborate with multiple program owners, departments, vendors, and associates throughout various divisions with the goal of providing consistent service excellence

Position Requirements

  • Events logistics and coordination support

  • Demonstration of organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in event planning and communications

  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects/programs/events

  • Experience with providing excellent client service

  • Experience with adapting to change in a fast paced environment

  • An intermediate level of proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience leveraging learning management systems, Event Management Systems, PeopleSoft, WebEx and/or similar systems

  • Experience in website publishing
