Job Description

  • Responsible for architecture, design, engineering, deployment, testing and support of all unified communications channels, instant messaging, group chat, voice, video, web-conferencing, and associated compliance capture, retention and retrieval platforms.

  • Responsible for the troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the unified communication platforms, supporting services and dependencies

  • Responsible for performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels

  • Responsible for creating, managing and improving documentation

  • Responsible for performing disaster recovery testing on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels

  • Responsible for patching, maintenance and remediation on the unified communication platforms and supporting services

  • Responsible for assisting compliance and legal on surveillance activities and data discovery requests and investigations

  • Responsible for ensuring production installations of the platforms and additional components are compliant with the Bank's information security standards

  • Responsible for supporting the release of changes into the production environment

  • Responsible for tactical Unified Communications (UC) deployments, troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization of IP telephony, video and mobility solutions based on reference architecture established by the Unified Communications Architects. Primary areas of focus will be setting up of redundant SIP Gateways for secure SIP Trunking with E911

  • Experience in design, implementation and troubleshooting of SIP Trunking,

  • Hands on experience on Cisco CUBE on both ISR and ASR platforms

  • Experience handling large scale PRI to SIP trunk migration projects.

  • SecureSIP on TLS 1.2 and Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP) including G.711 and G.729 codecs, and Digital Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF).

  • Experience with Cisco CUBE Box to Box redundancy.

  • West / Interado 911 Enable Emergency Gateways for E911

  • Cisco Emergency Responder 10.x, 11.x

  • Familiarity with IPSec implementation and troubleshooting.
